Are you motivated by **planning and supervising maintenance and repair services for equipment and components, optimizing resources and ensuring high service quality?** Join our **PSD** team as an **Operations Service Planner.**
**Your Mission**
Plan and supervise the execution of maintenance and repair service projects for equipment and components—both in workshops and in the field—for internal and external customers, optimizing the use of human, financial, material, spare parts, tooling, information, and technological resources. This position applies Epiroc Peru standards to ensure sales, aftermarket, and maintenance processes, as well as customer asset operability at required capacity and high service quality.
**What Will Be My Responsibilities?**
* Develop short-, medium-, and long-term plans and schedules for maintenance and repair services for equipment and components—both in workshops and in the field—ensuring timely response and high service quality.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the optimal allocation and utilization of resources—including personnel, spare parts, third-party work, and tools—for service execution.
* Develop, update, control, and define strategies that ensure the procedures and documentation required for correct execution of maintenance and repair services.
* Prepare weekly project progress reports, maintaining up-to-date information on progress, resources, deviations, and upcoming milestones.
* Issue progress and final project reports, facilitating closure meetings for results analysis, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
* Prepare budgets and billing forecasts aligned with monthly, quarterly, annual, or other operationally defined requirements.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual Work-In-Process (WIP) reports, ensuring control and tracking of ongoing projects.
* Develop and implement internal continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization projects related to service operations.
* Support achievement of planned projects by ensuring resource availability, document control, budget tracking, and billing forecasting.
* Comply with the Code of Conduct, safety, health, environmental protection standards, applicable legal provisions, and duties delegated or assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**Ideal Candidate for This Position:**
* University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of operational experience in heavy mining machinery maintenance.
* Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in heavy mining machinery maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of maintenance engineering, logistics engineering, and maintenance management applied to heavy mining machinery.
* Strong technical knowledge of heavy mining machinery maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of computing, IT, digital tools, and information management.
* Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
* Basic knowledge—intermediate preferred—in administration, logistics, finance, project management, marketing, human resources, management systems, operational excellence, safety, environment, and mining operations.
* Knowledge of applicable legal provisions, quality, environmental, occupational health and safety standards.
