We value excellence in customer service and strive to help our clients safely and effectively achieve their goals. **Requirements:** \- 1 year of professional experience in sports-related roles at medium- or large-scale institutions, with knowledge in physiotherapy and rehabilitation for older adults. \- Certified personal trainer (mandatory). \- Demonstrable prior experience in designing and implementing effective training programs. \- Solid knowledge of various strength training equipment and training techniques for youth and older adults. \- Knowledge of supplements and protein. \- Exceptional communication skills and ability to motivate and engage clients. \- Customer orientation and ability to build strong relationships. \- Commitment to staying updated on the latest trends in training and nutrition. \- Age between 20 and 38 years \- Reside in Los Olivos or nearby areas **Main Responsibilities:** \- Design and implement effective training programs for our clients. \- Guide clients on proper use of strength training equipment and provide clear instructions on training techniques. \- Provide support and motivation to clients during their training sessions. \- Evaluate client progress and adjust training programs as needed. \- Acquire potential clients through referrals. \- Conduct functional classes to retain our clients.
