Its operations are structured around three pillars: Operational—ensuring legal compliance and payroll accuracy, and managing HR Tech (Ultipro/Buk); Support—facilitating talent through recruitment, occupational health and safety (OHS) management, and organizational climate improvement; and Strategic—driving digital transformation (AI and People Analytics) and designing the future organization through performance-linked meritocracy systems. This structure enables high morale and agile operations amid small teams and constant change. **Position Summary:** The HR Intern joins the Peru and Chile team at a stage of learning and practical training. The intern’s primary purpose is to accompany and support the execution of the department’s operational processes, ensuring administrative tasks are carried out orderly and efficiently under direct supervision. Through this role, the intern becomes familiar with HR Tech platform management (Ultipro/Buk) and legal compliance, supporting the organization of critical information for payroll and internal well-being. The intern reports directly to the Manager of Well-being and Development, who serves as mentor and ongoing guide, orienting the intern’s learning toward regional best practices in human resource management. This position is designed for individuals seeking to understand the foundations of an agile, orderly, and talent-supportive HR operation. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support updating and maintaining the employee database on HR Tech platforms (Ultipro and Buk), ensuring information for Peru and Chile is organized and up to date. * Assist in collecting and validating monthly attendance records (attendance, leaves, overtime) to facilitate error-free preparation of the regional payroll. * Collaborate in organizing and digitally archiving personnel files, ensuring all contractual and legal documentation is complete and available for internal audits. * Provide administrative support in talent acquisition processes, including posting vacancies, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting initial communication with candidates. * Actively participate in implementing well-being and organizational climate activities, supporting logistics and communications for events or initiatives directed at the team. * Assist the Manager of Well-being and Development in preparing reports and presentations, consolidating operational data to visualize key departmental indicators. * Progressively learn and apply current Peruvian labor regulations, supporting the drafting of simple documents under management guidelines and supervision. **Basic Qualifications (Required):** * Academic background: student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields. * Work experience: N/A * Technical knowledge and specific skills * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace.
