




Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Logistics Assistant to coordinate and supervise payroll management and compensation administration, ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensuring compliance with current labor regulations We are a manufacturer of UNNO brand boxer shorts and are currently looking for a Logistics Assistant to support the organization and control of supplies. We seek a responsible, organized, and proactive individual with a willingness to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude. Punctuality, commitment, and ability to follow instructions will be highly valued. **Position Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure proper management of the payroll and compensation administration process, guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations, internal policies, and correct application of benefits, remunerations, and organizational salary structures. **Main Responsibilities** Coordinate and supervise the end-to-end payroll preparation process (salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.). Ensure compliance with applicable labor, tax, and social security regulations. Administer and control the organization’s salary structures and compensation bands. Coordinate the calculation and payment of labor benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments, etc.). Prepare reports and indicators related to personnel costs, payroll, and compensation. Supervise accurate recording and control of personnel incidents affecting payroll. Participate in developing and updating compensation and benefits policies. Provide internal support and advisory services regarding remuneration and benefits inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments and external entities (accounting, finance, SUNAT, AFP, etc.) on payroll-related matters. Requirements Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll management, compensation, or personnel administration. Experience leading or coordinating payroll processes. **Knowledge:** Current labor legislation. Payroll and labor benefits administration. Salary structures and compensation.
