Job Summary: We are seeking an IT and Platform Support Manager to ensure continuous operation of the online casino platform, coordinating with vendors and performing QA on integrations. Ensures operational continuity and technical stability of the business Who We Are: We are a land-based casino company in Peru with over 20 years of industry experience and eight casinos operating nationwide, along with complementary business lines. We are currently expanding into the online casino vertical and are therefore seeking the following profile: IT and Platform Support Manager, whose primary responsibility is to maintain 100% platform functionality 24/7, promptly coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues, perform QA on integrations, and coordinate maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the technical liaison between the company and the platform provider. * Track and resolve technical incidents arising from daily operations. * Monitor and supervise the proper functioning of the online casino platform. * Escalate, coordinate, and monitor technical issues until resolution. * Provide internal technical support to operational departments. * Verify testing, implementation, and enhancements of the platform. * Perform QA on new integrations. * Ensure operational continuity and technical stability of the business. Ideal Candidate Profile: A professional with intermediate-level IT technical knowledge, QA expertise, effective communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
