Technical support and fault diagnosis **We are hiring! – IT Support Technician (On-site – Lima)** We are seeking an **IT Support Technician** to provide on-site and remote support for the implementation, maintenance, and support of technological infrastructure and electronic invoicing systems. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Equipment Configuration and Deployment** * Installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, and servers * Configuration of fiscal and thermal printers * Integration of equipment into domain or corporate network * Antivirus and security policy configuration * Peripheral installation (readers, scanners, POS) **2\. Remote Maintenance and Technical Support** * Help Desk support * Remote user support * Hardware and software fault diagnosis * Operating system updates * Preventive equipment monitoring **3\. Electronic Invoicing Software Installation and Support** * Installation of electronic invoicing systems * Digital certificate configuration * Integration with tax authorities * Tax, withholding, and establishment parameterization * Basic user training **4\. Network Connectivity Validation** * LAN/WAN network diagnosis * Router and switch configuration * Network speed and stability testing * VPN configuration * Network segmentation and access control **5\.
