Assistance in organizing documents and operational processes **Full Job Description** ADM ADUANAS SAC is currently seeking an OPERATIONS ASSISTANT. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical professional or university bachelor’s degree in International Trade or Business Administration with focus on International Business. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Proficiency in the SINTAD system and Office 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.). * Knowledge of warehousing and “Visto Bueno” procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the management and tracking of customs and logistics operations. * Register, monitor, and update operational information in internal systems. * Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance. * Assist in organizing documents and operational processes. * Provide support in managing and coordinating operational staff. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * **Location:** Callao * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Salary:** S/. 1,800.00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
