Comprehensive management of materials and occupational safety A leading logistics outsourcing company is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee our operations in Paita. Requirements: Technical or university graduate in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Warehousing, or related fields. Availability for rotating shifts. Availability to work 12-hour shifts when exceptionally required. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within logistics companies. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health in logistics operations. Responsibilities: Control: Responsible for daily personnel control (attendance and shifts) and compliance with requested attendance. Operational Continuity: Responsible for accurate handover of information related to shift changes, always reporting to the Operations Manager. Registration: Register required materials, products, supplies, and equipment for operations in the administrative system. Delivery Control: Ensure delivery of requested materials, complying with established standards and procedures: uniforms, PPEs, supplies, and documentation. Occupational Safety and Health: Ensure compliance with SSOMAC (Safety, Occupational Health, and Quality) measures.
