Administrative Assistant for Public Procurement We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant for Public Procurement** to provide support in preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals for public and private procurement processes, ensuring formal compliance under Law No. 32069\. Requirements: * Final-year student or graduate in Law, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of State Procurement Regulations and Law No. 32069\. * Proficiency in using the SEACE portal (searching and downloading procurement processes). * Intermediate-level Excel skills (filters, comparative tables). * Availability to perform notarial procedures and physical submission of proposals. Responsibilities: * Monitor procurement opportunities on SEACE and private portals. * Review, organize, and validate tender documents, Terms of Reference (TDR), and annexes. * Prepare comparative tables identifying deadlines, penalties, and critical requirements. * Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, legal, and financial documentation. * Manage notarial procedures and ensure timely submission of proposals within established deadlines.
