If commercial challenges, client prospecting, and performance-based commissions motivate you, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities** Prospect and acquire new corporate clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits. Identify business opportunities among e\-commerce, retail, startup, and other organizations requiring logistics and last-mile delivery services. Present EVA Courier’s service portfolio and technological solutions. Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure. Manage and update commercial information in the corporate CRM. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper activation of new clients. Maintain an active client portfolio, identifying new commercial opportunities. Achieve established sales KPIs and targets. **Requirements** Technical degree holder, graduate, bachelor's candidate, or final-cycle student in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or commercial development. Preferred experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or e\-commerce companies. Knowledge of negotiation, consultative selling, commercial management, and CRM usage. Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and results focus. **We Offer** Fixed remuneration: S/ 1,300 via Receipt for Services Rendered (RxH). Unlimited monthly commissions based on achievement of commercial KPIs. Retention bonus of S/ 300 for new clients maintaining activity for three consecutive months.
