We are Transporte365, currently searching for top talent to serve as FUEL PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR. **Requirements:** * Final years of studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in fuel control, preparation of unit fuel consumption reports, route-based analysis, and similar tasks. (optional) * Advanced-level Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule and control fuel procurement for the truck fleet. * Analyze fuel consumption and performance of the distribution fleet and other vehicles, reporting deviations to fleet and operations supervisors. * Control fuel procurement for scheduled delivery units. * Record and maintain an updated database of fuel procurement for the distribution fleet. * Record and maintain an updated database of distribution fleet routes. * Analyze and report on fuel expenses and deviations, review supplier invoicing versus actual consumption, validate fuel procurement and consumption for delivery units and other vehicles—including vehicle-specific invoicing—and submit written reports to fleet and operations supervisors. * Update fuel consumption parameters for delivery units through route analysis and comprehensive field routing programming. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** **Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.** **Interested?
