We are currently seeking a **final-cycle Industrial Engineering Intern** to provide support in **Administration, Logistics, and Operations**, participating in process monitoring, documentation, procurement, materials management, and activities related to repair services. We seek an individual who is **organized, proactive, responsible, and analytical**, with interest in developing within an industrial and operational environment. Main Responsibilities **Administration** * Support the preparation and updating of administrative and operational reports. * Organize and maintain up-to-date area documentation. * Support the tracking of quotations, purchase orders, and service orders. * Register and update information in control systems and files. * Prepare tracking dashboards and management reports. **Logistics** * Support the tracking of material requirements and requests. * Track purchase orders and suppliers. * Support the control of material, spare parts, and component inflows and outflows. * Maintain updated logistical records and controls. * Coordinate and track deliveries and material receipts. * Support documentary control related to shipping guides, procurement, and dispatches. **Operations** * Support the tracking of work orders and repair services. * Support the tracking of workshop activities. * Prepare progress and service tracking reports. * Support the identification of process improvement opportunities. * Support the tracking of time, resources, and operational activities. * Support the development and tracking of management indicators (KPIs). Requirements * Final-cycle student of **Industrial Engineering**. * Availability to perform internships **in-person in Puente Piedra**. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Desired: knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, and report generation. * Interest in developing expertise in **administration, logistics, and operations**. * Organizational, analytical, and follow-up capabilities. * Proactivity, responsibility, and strong communication skills. * Willingness to learn and work in an industrial environment. Desirable * Knowledge of **logistics, procurement management, inventory, and process control**. * Familiarity with continuous improvement, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing. * Prior internship experience, university projects, or activities related to logistics, operations, or administration. * Experience with any ERP or enterprise management system.
