Job Summary: We are seeking a Painting Operator to support electrostatic painting application, hanging/unganging parts, and maintaining the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area Responsibilities: * Hang and unhang parts on the painting line according to the painter's instructions. * Provide support in electrostatic painting application and basic equipment operation under supervision. * Transport, organize, and store painted parts, avoiding damage to the finish. * Keep the work area clean and orderly, complying with safety procedures and proper use of PPE. Requirements: * Minimum completed secondary education. * Desired experience of **3 to 6 months** in production, industrial painting, or metal-mechanical fields (not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of the electrostatic painting process is desirable. * Availability to perform physical work and overtime when production requires. * Responsibility, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Work Location: Lurin, Macropolis \- Stage 3 Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,350\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
