Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Join Our Team** If you are interested in distribution processes, join our team. **What Will Be My Responsibilities?** * + - Assist in implementing continuous improvement, process automation, and digital solution projects for the Distribution Center, in coordination with Epiroc personnel and the logistics provider. - Maintain up-to-date management indicators and local/regional reports, ensuring operational data availability and reliability. - Assist in defining, standardizing, and documenting Distribution Center processes. - Provide direct support to the Distribution Center’s Senior Supervisor in tracking projects, KPIs, and strategic area activities. **The Ideal Candidate for This Position:** * + - Final-year student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing. - Proficiency and knowledge of data analysis tools. - Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot). - Intermediate/advanced Power BI. - Experience managing KPIs and analyzing information. - Familiarity with digital and automation tools: Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Lists, Google Forms, and other Low\-Code/No\-Code tools (mandatory). - Knowledge of mobile applications for data collection and Power Apps (desirable). - High adaptability \- Flexibility - Stress tolerance. - Effective communication. - Customer orientation. - Sense of urgency. - Accountability. - Organization. - Planning. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
