Provide maintenance and assistance for corrective vehicle maintenance. At **Productos Paraíso del Perú**, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of **Automotive Mechanical Technician**, who will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on motor vehicles, ensuring their proper operation, safety, and functionality. Requirements * Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, Automotive Electricity, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar duties. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for light and heavy vehicles. * Knowledge of engine, transmission, clutch, brake, suspension, and steering systems. * Prior experience in vehicle technical inspection and transmission repair is desirable. * Basic knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems. * Maintain tools and equipment used for maintenance activities in good condition. Main Functions * Execute the preventive maintenance program for trucks, forklifts, cars, generators, and other mobile units. * Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical systems in motor vehicles. * Carry out maintenance tasks such as oil changes, washing, greasing, and inspection and repair of clutch, brake, suspension, steering, and transmission systems. * Perform diagnostics to identify mechanical faults and determine necessary corrective actions. * Provide maintenance and assistance for corrective vehicle maintenance in response to failures or unforeseen situations. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify conditions that may affect unit operation and safety. * Record relevant service information, including parts used, maintenance date, faults detected, and work performed.
