Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager \_\_ In this role you will assist in the implementation, maintenance and compliance of procurement \& logistics activities, applying and implementing standards, tools and processes to ensure goods and service quality, on\-time delivery, optimal costs, and sustainability. Responsibilities * Lead negotiations with key suppliers and regularly update price lists, terms and conditions. * Understand project targets and design and implement a plan for sourcing to reach the targets. * Initiating supply orders in the system, confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and tracking supplier performance to purchase order requirements. * Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing as per available guidelines. Overseeing supplier performance and recommending solutions / resolving performance issues within the scope. * Assessing current suppliers and developing new suppliers to fulfill company requirements on supplier qualification, HSE, Sustainability and Integrity. * Conducting all supply chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures. Background * Career in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Purchasing / Logistics area. * Advanced / Upper Intermediate English level (speaking \& writing), as well as fluid Spanish. * Solid knowledge of international logistics, Customs process and local transport. * SAP MM at user level, as well as desirable knowledge in SAP Ariba. * Advanced level of Excel and Power BI. Additional Skills * A collaborative, solution\-focused approach.
