Positive work environment **A leading industrial company in the mass consumer goods sector** is looking for Production Operators for the Finished Goods area—individuals who are committed, responsible, and available to work on-site. **Responsibilities:** * Perform product labeling, boxing, and palletizing activities. * Verify the condition and quality of finished products. * Assist in storage and dispatch of merchandise. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with established safety and food safety standards. * Assist in loading and unloading products. * Report incidents or observed defective products. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months’ experience in production, warehousing, or industrial plants in the mass consumer goods sector is preferred. * Availability to work rotating shifts—3 shifts per day (7 a.m. – 3 p.m. / 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. / 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.). * Ability to perform physical labor and operational tasks. * Residence in areas near Huachipa. **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Commitment and proactive attitude. * Orientation toward order and process compliance. **Benefits:** * Timely and weekly payments. * Meals provided. * Growth opportunity and career path. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment.
