Advise clients and negotiate commercial agreements On behalf of our client—a company specializing in construction materials—we are looking for a **Commercial Executive/Advisor (Sales)** **Requirements:** * Completed university or technical studies * Minimum 2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience in the construction or industrial sectors * Availability to conduct fieldwork **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain customers. * Identify business opportunities and establish new commercial partnerships. * Advise clients on product/service selection according to their needs. * Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Conduct post-sales follow-up and ensure long-term commercial relationships. * Analyze market trends and competition to propose strategic improvements. * Achieve company-established sales targets. **Conditions:** * Base salary + commissions * Formal employment under the General Regime with all statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:15 AM – 12:30 PM Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * The base salary is S/1800 + commissions.
