Experience new opportunities, grow professionally, and join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Incomplete or completed studies. * Outgoing person with high energy and strong communication skills with the public. * No prior experience required. * Must reside in **ASIA/PUNTA NEGRA** or nearby areas. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Availability to work 8 hours daily on a rotating schedule (morning, afternoon, and night shifts). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise buses en route, cleanliness, and staff appearance. * Report unrecorded sales by drivers. * Channel passenger complaints to Customer Service. * Report incidents to the Control Tower and assist with transfers. * Assist with ticket collection on routes and at sales points. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
