We seek sales advisors with a positive attitude and strong motivation to generate excellent income in campaigns targeting Spanish-speaking audiences. **FUNCTION:** Contact customers in Spain to offer telephone, fiber, or energy portability services, delivering friendly and sales-closing-oriented customer service. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. * Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday) **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary between S/1200 and S/1400, based on evaluation * Unlimited commissions (earnings exceeding S/2000\) * Additional bonuses and incentives * Short, paid training sessions * Bi-weekly and timely payments * Formal employment registration * Career development path * Excellent working environment **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Prior experience in call centers is optional * Experience serving Spanish-speaking customers is preferred * Availability to work onsite at the SJM location * Strong communication skills and commercial mindset Limited vacancies!
