Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to film and edit videos, develop visual material for social media and marketing campaigns, and conduct audiovisual coverage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creating visual content for marketing campaigns and social media. 2. Filming and editing videos of properties and real estate projects. 3. Collaborating in defining creative guidelines. * **Education:** Technical or university graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and content creation, preferably in the real estate sector or agencies. * **Technical Knowledge:** * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or DaVinci Resolve. * **Equipment:** Operation of professional cameras, stabilizers (gimbals), and ideally drones. * **Editing:** Color correction, sound design, and creation of graphic assets. * **Competencies:** * In-depth knowledge of social media formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). * Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and demonstrate creativity. * Availability for on-site work and travel for coverage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Film and edit videos of properties, real estate projects, and institutional content. * Develop visual material focused on social media and marketing campaigns. * Conduct audiovisual coverage at venues, events, and activations. * Collaborate with the marketing team to define creative guidelines.
