Job Summary: We are seeking an Audiovisual Content Creator who executes content with judgment, initiative, and pace for multiple brands, working directly with creative direction. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth in the strategic area This position is **exclusively for women.** We are looking for an Audiovisual Content Creator (Filmmaker \& Content Manager) who executes content with judgment, initiative, and pace for Grupo Plus brands. This role is key within the creative team and will work directly with creative direction to produce content for multiple brands. **Main Responsibilities** * Record videos for all Grupo Plus social media platforms * Edit and post-produce videos in various formats (Reels, TikTok, etc.) * Adapt content to each brand’s visual style and creative line * Publish and schedule content on Instagram and TikTok * Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on monthly planning * Consistently propose new content ideas * Monitor trends, competitors, and growth opportunities * Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment across diverse settings * Organize audiovisual materials and maintain orderly content management **Candidate Profile** * Minimum 1 year of experience in audiovisual content creation * Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Premiere, or others) * Strong visual and narrative judgment * Ability to adapt to different content styles * Interest in social media and digital trends **We are looking for someone who:** * Is creative and consistently proposes ideas * Executes content quickly (high pace) * Is proactive (does not wait for instructions on everything) * Has sound judgment to identify what works on social media * Possesses a mindset oriented toward learning and growth **Work Modality and Benefits** *(adjust according to your reality)* * Work modality and benefits * Modality: In-person (Surco – Lima) * Schedule: Full-time * Direct collaboration with creative direction * Participation in content creation for multiple brands * Opportunity for growth in the strategic area **Salary:** S/1,300 Apply by sending your CV via WhatsApp: 960559241 Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
