Job Summary: We are seeking a student to manage advertising campaigns, create social media content, and strengthen the company’s positioning. Key Highlights: 1. Advertising material development and video editing. 2. Advertising campaign management and social media content creation. 3. Ability to appear on camera and strengthen brand positioning. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** \- Student in Digital Design or Graphic Design, Social Communication, Audiovisual Studies, Advertising and Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising material development and video editing. \- Prompt Engineering skills \- Intermediate knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop \- Knowledge of graphic design \- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere \- Basic knowledge of lighting and composition \- Knowledge of filming techniques, camera movements, and shot types \- Ability to appear on camera (diction, verbal fluency, charisma) **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Plan lead generation strategies \- Manage advertising campaigns \- Create social media content \- Manage social media accounts \- Generate and manage leads \- Analyze metrics \- Strengthen company positioning \- Innovate and propose strategy improvements **WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** \- Los Picaflores Street 129, El Carmen District, opposite the UNSA gate on Independencia Avenue, Arequipa **Part-time:** Monday to Friday \- Morning shift: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. \- Afternoon shift: 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Salary: S/.570.00 \- S/.680.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
