Job Summary: We are seeking staff for food preparation and cooking, order assembly, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation and cooking. 2. Maintaining order and cleanliness. 3. Order assembly. \-Prepare mise en place (chopping vegetables, forming hamburgers, making sauces, etc.) \-Cook hamburgers on the griddle \-Heat meats \-Assemble orders \-Fry potatoes (in deep fryer) \-Wash utensils and other items \-Maintain order and cleanliness \-General kitchen cleaning \-Other duties as assigned \- Full-time work schedule \- 48 hours per week \- 1 fixed day off.
