Main Responsibilities: * Organize, classify, and archive accounting documents (invoices, credit/debit notes, shipping guides, payment vouchers, among others). * Support the recording of purchases, expenses, and sales in the accounting system. * Verify the validity of payment vouchers according to SUNAT regulations. * Provide support for bank reconciliations and account analysis. * Support accounts receivable and accounts payable control. * Support the issuance and validation of electronic vouchers. * Participate in preparing information for monthly tax declarations. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital accounting department archives. * Provide support during internal and external audits. * Propose improvements to administrative and accounting processes. * Comply with internal policies and occupational health and safety guidelines. Requirements: * Final-year student or technical/university graduate in Accounting. * Basic knowledge of tax and accounting regulations. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with accounting systems is desirable. * Organization, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
