Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed Operations Monitors to oversee the execution of the yard plan and monitor vehicle flow, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for monitoring and optimizing yard operations 2. Active coordination to maintain operational flow 3. Focus on incident resolution and continuous improvement **We are looking for responsible and committed Operations Monitors to work onsite at DPWORLD or TRANSTAINER facilities, on rotating shifts, with the ability to work under pressure, results-oriented mindset, and skills in constant tracking, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.** **Main Responsibilities:** \-Record deviations, incidents, and idle times, escalating them to the planning department. \-Monitor real-time execution of the yard plan, ensuring correct unit placement according to the operational layout. \-Track unit service and dwell times within the yard, identifying delays, root causes, and responsible parties. \-Monitor vehicle and equipment flow, validating internal routes, authorized zones, and service priorities. \-Report process deviations (e.g., mispositioned units, delays, operator absences) and escalate critical cases. \-Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and coordinators to maintain operational flow. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience as an Operations Monitor using GPS systems or in similar roles. * Availability for full-time, on-site work. * Valid documentation supporting employment eligibility. **Benefits:** **Payroll enrollment from day one, SCTR, EsSalud, Life Insurance, 15 days of annual vacation, CTS at 50%, and 50% bonus.** Position Type: Full-time, On-site.
