If you enjoy dynamic work, precision, and safe equipment handling, we want to meet you! **Job Description** You will join the operational team responsible for cargo storage and palletizing, ensuring every movement is carried out orderly, safely, and efficiently. Your role will be critical in maintaining the correct operational flow and guaranteeing cargo and equipment integrity. **Requirements** * Approved course to obtain the MTC Category A1 license (mandatory). * 1 year of experience as an operations assistant, support staff, or similar roles. * And/or 2 years of experience as a forklift operator. * Minimum age: 21 years. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform cargo storage and palletizing following established procedures. * Operate forklifts and other equipment applying strict safety measures. * Verify optimal forklift functionality before and after each shift (checklist). * Support general operational area activities as needed. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Health insurance and mandatory life insurance. * Statutory bonuses, vacation pay, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and AFP (Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones). * 100% covered meals. * Additional payment for holidays and overtime.
