At **IDELCOM**, we execute physical ICT infrastructure engineering using our own certified team, delivering high-technical-demand projects for public and private sectors nationwide. **Responsibilities** * Manage and track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assigned to operations personnel. * Manage and control labor documentation required for personnel homologations and accreditations. * Track and update Occupational Medical Examinations (OME) for personnel. * Maintain up-to-date administrative and operational organizational documentation. * Prepare reports and control charts related to document management. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with project documentation requirements. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative tasks and document control. * Experience in companies within the telecommunications, engineering, mining, and/or construction sectors. * Knowledge of documentation procedures and management. * Experience handling labor documentation (e.g., OME, SCTR, Life Law, ID card, documented CV, etc.). * Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience preparing and tracking reports. * Strong organizational skills and ability to monitor administrative processes. * Availability to work on-site in Chorrillos. **What We Offer** MYPE payroll from day one.
