Job Summary: A prominent gastronomic group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the proper operation of its stores and manage maintenance requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Supervises compliance with internal and external maintenance activities. 3. Reviews and approves quotations and budgets. A leading national gastronomic group is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, who will be responsible for ensuring the proper operational functioning of our chain of restaurants and fast-food outlets. Key Responsibilities: * Review and manage preventive and corrective maintenance requests received via email and/or phone calls. * Coordinate maintenance requirements with internal staff or external vendors, based on specialty and location. * Review and approve store maintenance quotations and budgets. * Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance activities. * Supervise execution of corrective and preventive maintenance performed by vendors and internal teams. * Allocate petty cash funds to maintenance staff according to needs and priorities. * Review, validate, and archive maintenance reports chronologically. Requirements: * Technical professional graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within restaurants, fast-food establishments, or related industries (mandatory). * Knowledge of general technical services: electricity, carpentry, plumbing, etc. * Willingness to work 100% in the field, visiting multiple locations.
