Ongoing training **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of work. * All statutory benefits (bonus, life insurance, CTS, paid vacation, and ESSALUD health insurance). * Career development path. * Compensation: S/1,205 (increases to S/1,250 after 6 months and to S/1,350 after one year). * Corporate benefits and discounts. * Full PPE provided by the company. * Paid overtime. * Pleasant work environment. * Ongoing training. * Breakfast covered by the company and lunch **if** working overtime during the afternoon. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for the trailer key to retrieve meat products. * Deliver meat products to stores, restaurants, and other customers. * Return products to the warehouse if the customer requests an exchange, then deliver the replacement product. * Load and stack products into crates (max. 6 kg) and transport them using carts if the driver cannot reach the customer's door. * Maintain communication with the area supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (academic certificate, old C4 form, or grade report). * Availability to work overtime (5 AM \- 1 PM \+ OVERTIME ACCORDING TO ROUTE). * Monday to Sunday, with one rotating weekly day off. * Age 18 \- 45\. * **Minimum 1 MONTH'S EXPERIENCE** (formal or informal) in product distribution, logistics, delivery, or warehousing.
