Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Store Designer to design drawings, conduct on-site information gathering, coordinate suppliers, and supervise construction in the retail sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architectural drawing design for retail store projects 2. Coordination and construction supervision with contractors and suppliers 3. Key role in the implementation and renovation of retail locations DESCRIPTION On behalf of a highly important retail sector client, we are looking for a Senior Store Designer to perform the following duties: * Design preliminary and architectural project drawings according to scheduling. * Conduct on-site information gathering for new stores and/or renovations according to opening schedules. * Request construction quotations and prepare construction settlement documents. * Supervise construction carried out by contractors responsible for store implementation. * Coordinate with suppliers for on-site implementation activities in accordance with scheduling.
