The professional will be responsible for developing and documenting recipes, preparing technical sheets, defining portion sizes, standardizing dish presentation, controlling production costs, and training kitchen staff. Main Responsibilities: Standardize recipes and preparation processes. Prepare technical sheets for products. Define portion sizes and yields. Supervise dish quality and presentation. Train kitchen staff on established procedures. Optimize supply usage and control waste. Propose improvements to kitchen operations and productivity. Requirements: Proven experience in professional cooking. Knowledge of gastronomic costing and inventory control. Experience in preparing technical sheets and recipe standardization.
