Supervise customer service and customer experience We seek a Store Head with retail experience to lead the comprehensive operation of a multi-category store focused on trending products, home goods, beauty, technology, toys, snacks, stationery, and impulse items. The candidate will be responsible for administrative management, team leadership, inventory control, visual merchandising, and achievement of sales targets. We seek a dynamic, organized, results-oriented professional with strong operational presence on the sales floor. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise daily store operations. * Manage staff. * Lead, motivate, and train the sales team. * Ensure achievement of sales targets. * Conduct store opening and closing procedures. * Supervise cash reconciliation and administrative controls. * Manage inventory, restocking, and stock control. * Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products. * Maintain standards of order, cleanliness, and visual merchandising. * Supervise customer service and customer experience. * Control losses, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies. * Prepare sales and productivity reports. * Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and performance. * Propose commercial improvements and sales initiatives. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Store Head, Store Supervisor, or Store Manager in retail. * Experience in high-traffic, multi-category retail stores. * Proficiency in commercial metrics (KPIs). * Knowledge of inventory management and restocking. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Availability to work retail hours.
