Job Summary: We are seeking bank tellers for a leading financial institution, responsible for customer service, execution of operational procedures, promotion of virtual services, and contributing to business goals. A major banking institution is seeking to hire bank tellers / platform staff. REQUIREMENTS: 1: Minimum 6 months of experience working at a cash counter in any financial institution, consumer goods company, retail store, supermarket, self-service outlet, or related field. 2: Currently enrolled in or having incomplete technical or university studies. 3: Proficient Excel user. 4: Immediate availability required. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1: Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and 2: Executes teller-related operational procedures and activities in accordance with internal regulations, 3: Encourages customers to adopt digital channels and highlights associated benefits, as well as other alternatives for meeting their financial needs 4: Participates in achieving branch business goals by promoting sales of position-specific products (e.g., insurance) 5: Safeguards and manages vault cash and/or valuables, ATM funds, petty cash, and teller counter funds; exercising dual control with the Head of Services BENEFITS: 1: Market-competitive salary 2: Mobility bonus 3: Meal allowance 4: Performance-based bonus 5: Direct payroll with the bank / Profit-sharing 6: Career progression path available starting at 6 months. 7: Numerous additional benefits as part of this banking institution Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
