Job Summary: Cassinelli is seeking a Cashier to perform cash handling operations, reconciliations, and provide information about financial campaigns, contributing to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cash handling operations and shift reconciliations. 2. Participate in adherence to the store’s schedule and coverage requirements. 3. Provide information about financial campaigns and refer customer inquiries. At **Cassinelli**, a Peruvian company with over 65 years in the market, we are looking for a **Cashier** for our stores in: **SJM**. We specialize in home finishing solutions, operating more than **40 stores nationwide**, offering a portfolio of over 1,000 brands and expert advisory services to help our customers realize their finishing dreams. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical/vocational training or bachelor’s degree in Banking Cashier, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a cashier. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Verify the operational status of office equipment required for cash counter service to comply with opening procedures. * Receive the designated cash float from the store manager. * Execute cash handling operations in accordance with established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and contribute to customer satisfaction. * Perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift following established procedures. * Adhere to the work schedule set by the immediate supervisor to ensure optimal store coverage during business hours. * Provide supplementary information regarding active financial campaigns to ensure and communicate benefits to customers. * Refer customer inquiries according to need type (sales advisor, store administrator, and/or warehouse coordinator). * Report incidents or occurrences caused by improper conduct of any store staff to the Cash Administration Department. * Carry out other responsibilities inherent to operational dynamics. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary plus commissions. * Full payroll registration (General Regime). * Corporate benefits. * Career development path. * Training programs.
