Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to support the New Business and Marketing departments by managing quotations and invoicing in the mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Opportunity for professional development and career path At Grupo SECURITY TECH, a Peruvian company with over 18 years of experience in the mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors, we are currently looking for a Commercial Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields \- Course, specialization, or training in commercial management or related areas \- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in preparing quotations \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Prepare, record, and process quotation requests \- Provide support and assistance to the New Business & Marketing department for immediate quotation of services and products \- Prepare and issue invoices to clients after verifying submitted documentation and obtaining the client's approval (V°B°) \- When necessary and upon prior coordination with the Technical Commercial Advisor, consult suppliers regarding material pricing for quotation and budget preparation \- Support the creation and continuous updating of billing closure files \- Perform other duties assigned by the Commercial Manager, Commercial Head, or Commercial Director \- Work location: La Victoria **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment registration from day one \- Positive work environment \- Opportunity for career progression Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
