Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications professional with experience in designing graphic assets and supporting marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and adaptation of graphic assets for social media and marketing campaigns. 2. Support in planning and coordinating events and brand activations. 3. E-commerce administration and influencer management. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles in marketing, graphic design, and/or advertising. * Experience creating graphic assets for digital and print media. * Experience coordinating events, brand activations, or managing influencers is desirable. * Experience administering e-commerce platforms is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and adaptation of graphic assets for social media, advertising campaigns, POP materials, print collateral, presentations, and other brand needs. * Basic photo and video editing for digital campaigns and commercial content. * Brand benchmarking: collecting and analyzing information on competitors, industry trends, and strategies within the beauty sector. * Support in planning, logistical coordination, and pre-production tracking of events, trade shows, and brand activations. * Management and coordination with brand ambassadors, collaborators, influencers, and strategic partners. * E-commerce administration: product listing and updates, online inventory control, order monitoring, and support for digital customer service. * Support in developing graphic materials for commercial campaigns, product launches, and promotions. * Assist in executing marketing campaigns and other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** Payroll: MYPE Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturdays as requested) Work Location: Miraflores Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
