Excellent work environment and professional development We seek a Medical Services Sales Advisor focused on converting medical leads, emphasizing service, organization, and follow-up. This role is pivotal within the CRM process and the patient’s initial experience with the clinic. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or contact center roles (preferred). * Experience in customer follow-up, appointment management, or digital channel handling will be valued. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Timely manage patient interactions via digital channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. * Contact patients by phone to schedule, confirm, and follow up on their appointments. * Record and update information regarding completed interactions in internal systems. * Prepare daily follow-up and service outcome reports. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to the position. * 3 days of in-person theoretical training. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work full-time during the established schedule. * Proven experience in customer service and sales within a call or contact center (minimum 1 year, preferred). * Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities with potential patients. * Negotiation and proactive attitude, with a focus on closing sales. * Clear and effective communication to connect with customers and build trust. * Active listening and empathy to understand each patient’s needs. * Results-oriented mindset, committed to improving efficiency, customer retention, and business growth. * Teamwork, tolerance for working under pressure, and problem-solving ability. **WE OFFER:** * FIXED SALARY + UNLIMITED BONUS SCHEME * EARN ACCORDING TO YOUR RESULTS.
