




Job Summary: Prepare and cook rotisserie chicken, grilled items, and complementary products, ensuring optimal cooking, presentation, and compliance with hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ignite, regulate, and maintain the rotisserie oven or grill 2. Marinate, season, and prepare chicken using the specified ingredients 3. Keep the work area clean and organized Job Objective: Prepare and cook rotisserie chicken, grilled items, and complementary products, ensuring correct cooking times, optimal presentation, and adherence to the establishment's flavor, hygiene, and food safety standards. Main Responsibilities: Ignite, regulate, and maintain the rotisserie oven or grill according to the establishment's process Marinate, season, and prepare chicken using the specified supplies and ingredients Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure uniform cooking and optimal browning Calculate production volume based on daily demand and order flow Cut and portion chickens according to customer orders Prepare basic grilled side dishes (e.g., sausages, anticuchos, skewers) as required Maintain a clean and organized work area during and at the end of each shift Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the oven or grill Monitor the use of charcoal, gas, or wood to prevent unnecessary waste Report any equipment or supply issues to the kitchen supervisor Requirements: Completed secondary education (preferred) Valid health certificate (mandatory) Minimum 6 months of experience in this position Experience operating rotisserie ovens and/or charcoal or gas grills Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
