Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and negotiation-skilled professional to manage patient interactions, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-ups, with a focus on sales and customer service. Opportunity for additional income with an attractive bonus scheme. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or contact center roles (preferred). * Experience in customer follow-up, appointment management, or digital channel handling will be valued. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Timely management of patient interactions via digital channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. * Telephone contact with patients to schedule, confirm, and follow up on their appointments. * Record and update information regarding completed interactions in internal systems. * Prepare daily reports on follow-up activities and service outcomes. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Availability to work full-time**, with openness to adhere to the established full schedule. **Proven experience** in customer service and sales within a Call or Contact Center (minimum 1 year, preferred). **Ability to analyze data** and identify opportunities with potential patients. **Negotiation and proactive attitude**, focused on closing sales. **Clear and effective communication** to connect with customers and build trust. **Active listening and empathy** to understand each patient’s needs. **Results-oriented mindset**, committed to improving efficiency, customer retention, and business growth.
