Job Summary: We are seeking a sales and customer service professional to manage digital and telephone interactions, schedule appointments, and prepare reports, with a strong focus on results and growth. Role focused on sales closing and improving customer retention. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or contact center roles (preferred). * Experience in customer follow-up, appointment management, or digital channel handling will be valued. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Timely management of patient interactions via digital channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. * Telephone contact with patients to schedule, confirm, and follow up on their appointments. * Registration and updating of information regarding completed interactions in internal systems. * Preparation of daily follow-up and service outcome reports. * Performance of other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to the position. * 3 days of in-person theoretical training. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Full-time availability** during the established working hours. **Proven experience** in customer service and sales within a Call or Contact Center (minimum 1 year, preferred). **Ability to analyze data** and identify opportunities with potential patients. **Negotiation and proactive attitude**, with focus on sales closing. **Clear and effective communication** to connect with customers and build trust. **Active listening and empathy** to understand each patient’s needs. **Results-oriented mindset**, committed to improving efficiency, customer retention, and business growth.
