




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to acquire and serve patients, manage promotions and services, and perform daily cash reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient acquisition and service, promoting promotions. 2. Management of electronic appointment schedule and service follow-up. 3. Sales execution and customer support. Requirements: \-Technical degree (Administration, Secretarial Studies or related fields). \-Minimum 1 year of experience. \-Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. \-Experience in call centers and sales. \-High sense of responsibility. \-Punctuality with work and customers. \-Availability to work in the **MIRAFLORES district**. \-Competitive market salary. Responsibilities: .Capture and re-engage patients; promote promotions. .Handle incoming calls, provide information to patients (email, WhatsApp, website, in-person), and sell services. .Perform weekly follow-up on patient service continuity and/or rescheduling and payments. .Perform daily cash reconciliation by verifying and confirming income recorded in the system. .Manage electronic appointment schedule. .Other duties related to the position and assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Residence in Miraflores or neighboring districts (preferred).
