Job Summary: HIPERATOS is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide information, customer assistance, and perform functions to ensure successful sales of athletic footwear and sportswear. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and assistance in the sale of sports products. 2. Management of product display and labeling in-store. 3. Opportunity for career progression and training. HIPERATOS, a Peruvian company with over 15 years of market experience, specializes in the importation and nationwide wholesale and retail distribution of authentic, world-renowned brands such as Adidas, Reebok, Puma, Nike, Converse, among others, as well as our own brand—HIPERATOS athletic footwear. Currently expanding, we seek top talent to fill the position of: SALES ADVISOR Requirements: \- Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of sales experience in the retail sector (preferred). \- Availability to work onsite in Cercado de Lima. Responsibilities: \- Provide customers with product information and assistance to ensure excellent service. \- Apply pricing labels and current promotional tags to products in-store to ensure successful sales. \- Sell the full range of product accessories to achieve monthly sales targets. \- Arrange products in an orderly manner for display to ensure effective customer service. \- Monitor the assigned work area to prevent theft and accidents, thereby contributing to loss prevention. \- Verify that 100% of models are properly labeled with barcodes and/or discount tags, where applicable, to ensure successful sales. \- Be fully knowledgeable about all displayed models—including features and benefits—to provide accurate purchase guidance to customers. \- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure achievement of objectives.
