Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Advisor for prospecting, acquiring, and advising clients on insurance solutions, managing the entire commercial process from start to finish. We are looking for a Commercial Advisor: Main Responsibilities \* Prospect and acquire potential clients. \* Contact companies and generate new business opportunities. \* Advise clients on services offered by Goya Partners. \* Manage the commercial process from initial contact through to closing. \* Conduct ongoing follow-up with clients and prospects. \* Achieve established commercial goals and performance indicators. \* Maintain an active client portfolio and identify recurring sales opportunities. \* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure appropriate client service throughout the commercial process. \* Perform other commercial tasks as required by the immediate supervisor. Required Profile \* Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, surety bonds, financial products, or intangible services. \* Experience in prospecting and closing sales. \* Strong commercial orientation and goal achievement focus. \* Excellent negotiation and communication skills. \* Dynamic, proactive, persevering, and self-motivated individual. \* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working Conditions \* Work location: San Isidro. \* Employment mode: On-site during the initial adaptation period, with possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model based on performance and business needs. \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \* Compensation: S/.1130 \+ commissions. \* Enrollment in REMYPE payroll with EsSalud coverage. \* Estimated start date: August 3. \* Vacancies: 3.
