Job Summary: We are seeking Sales Executives to identify and advise customers, increase sales volume, and maintain the average transaction value. Key Responsibilities: 1. SALES EXECUTIVES \-METRO PLAZA CASTILLA RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify potential new customers for the client portfolio and store by analyzing their business activity and purchasing potential (fieldwork) * Visit assigned clients at their businesses and provide advice on our products, prices, and promotions to increase their sales volume. * Achieve monthly sales targets according to the established budget. * Maintain and increase the average transaction value of assigned clients through in-person visits and phone calls. * Report to the Store and Client Development Manager.
