Job Summary: We are seeking Sales Executives to identify and advise customers, manage customer portfolios, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and advise potential and existing customers. 2. Increase sales volume and average transaction value. 3. Conduct fieldwork with customers. SALES EXECUTIVES\- METRO PURUCHUCO (Fieldwork) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify new potential customers for the customer and store portfolio by analyzing their business activity and purchasing potential (fieldwork). * Visit existing customers at their businesses and provide advisory services regarding our products, prices, and promotions to increase their sales volume. * Achieve monthly sales targets as per the budget. * Maintain and increase the average transaction value of assigned customers through in-person visits and phone calls. * Report to the Store and Customer Development Manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of work experience in field sales. (Preferred) * Willingness to perform fieldwork. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. BENEFITS: * Enrollment in the General Labor Regime payroll system. * Time-off voucher. * Mobility bonus.
