Job Summary: We are seeking Sales Executives for Metro Ventanilla, responsible for identifying and advising customers, increasing sales and average transaction value, and reporting to management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and acquire new customers for the portfolio 2. Advise customers on products, prices, and promotions 3. SALES EXECUTIVES\- METRO VENTANILLA (Field Work) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify potential new customers for the store and customer portfolio by analyzing their business activity and purchasing potential (field work) * Visit portfolio customers at their businesses and provide advice on our products, prices, and promotions to increase their sales volume. * Meet monthly sales targets according to the budget. * Maintain and increase the average transaction value of assigned customers through in-person visits and phone calls. * Report to the Store and Customer Development Manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of work experience in field sales. (Preferred) * Willingness to perform field work. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM.
