Position Summary:
Ensure operational and administrative efficiency of the School by optimizing resources, complying with regulations, and improving customer experience to achieve business objectives.

**II. POSITION MISSION**
Ensure operational and administrative efficiency in the School’s management, optimizing resources and maintaining compliance with established regulations for issuing COFIPRO certificates and improving customer experience; as well as guaranteeing an appropriate flow of enrollments and services that contribute to achieving business objectives.
**III. POSITION FUNCTIONS** Lead the School’s administrative team, ensuring smooth communication and appropriate task distribution to optimize efficiency. Continuously verify applicants’ files to ensure correct procedures from initiation through issuance of the Certificate of Completion of the Driver Training Program – COFIPRO. Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) and SUTRAN, guaranteeing all School operations adhere to current regulations. And, receive SUTRAN inspectors’ visits.
Ensure that instructor and administrative staff meet required qualifications and regulations, maintaining updated accreditations and certifications. Propose strategies to increase revenue, such as resource optimization and reduction of unnecessary expenses to improve business profitability.
Ensure an excellent customer service experience, supervising staff to provide courteous, informed, and professional treatment. Implement and administer customer satisfaction surveys to identify service improvement opportunities. Monitor and control execution of administrative and commercial tasks to increase applicant enrollment and enhance the experience in courses offered by the School.
Participate in the creation and execution of promotional and marketing campaigns both at the School and on-site, promoting the School’s services locally. Evaluate and train administrative staff on procedures and customer service, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. Prepare monthly management reports analyzing enrollment numbers, customer satisfaction levels, regulatory compliance, and financial target achievement. Identify and report improvement opportunities to corporate management, proposing corrective actions to optimize School performance. Perform other duties related to the position’s mission, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**IV. COORDINATION RELATIONSHIPS**
Internal coordination: Operational Management Department, Accounting, IT Department, Marketing Department, Sales Department, and General Management. External coordination: Land transportation sector companies, local and municipal authorities.
**V. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**
Required academic degree/title and field of study: Technical professional in Business Administration or related disciplines.
**VI. KNOWLEDGE**
Knowledge of administrative and operational procedures.
Proficiency in the MTC system. Office software.
Current regulations, especially those issued by the MTC and SUTRAN. Trainings
Personnel Management course.
Occupational Safety and Health course.
Seminar or workshop on Soft Skills.
**VII. EXPERIENCE** Minimum two (2) years of experience as an administrator in a Driving School or in authorized entities issuing Health Certificates for driver’s license applicants (Polyclinics).

Salary: S/.1,499.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month
