We are seeking a **Buy-Side Research Analyst – Equities**, who will be responsible for identifying and developing investment opportunities in Latin American equities through deep analysis of companies’ financial fundamentals and the sectors in which they operate, with the objective of generating investment recommendations that deliver market-beating returns for managed portfolios. This role is part of the **Buy-Side Research** team, with direct impact on investment decision-making and high exposure to Portfolio Managers and the Regional Head of Equity. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze assigned listed companies and economic sectors. * Develop financial models and quantitative valuation tools: + Discounted Cash Flow (DCF). + Multiples-based analysis. * Analyze financial statements, quarterly results, and material events. * Prepare research reports and investment recommendations. * Present and defend investment theses before Portfolio Managers. * Monitor news, regulatory changes, and market trends. * Track performance of covered companies. * Analyze equity transactions (IPOs and follow-ons). * Maintain up-to-date ESG scorecards for covered companies. * Support commercial materials and participate in meetings with institutional clients as required. * Cover companies in sectors such as **Industrials and Construction Materials**, among others, as assigned. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in: + Economics + Finance + Business Administration + Industrial Engineering or related fields. * **0–1 year** of experience in: + Buy-Side or Sell-Side Research. + Financial analysis or investment teams. + Pension fund administrators (AFPs), asset managers, family offices, or similar roles. *(Professional internships are considered acceptable.)* * Solid knowledge of: + Corporate valuation. + Financial analysis and financial statement interpretation. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and Office suite. * **Advanced English** (mandatory). * Preferred: + Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, and/or Power BI. + CFA Level I, FRM, CAIA, or other relevant certifications. * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and communication skills. * Genuine interest in financial markets and equity investing. ***This posting is open to persons with disabilities.***
