Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor for an accredited environmental laboratory, responsible for commercial strategies, customer service, and environmental service management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participates in commercial strategies and customer loyalty initiatives. 2. Provides service information and coordinates customer service. 3. Identifies opportunities for improvement and new services in the market. ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services for various sectors including mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **Commercial Advisor**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University student in final semesters or graduate/bachelor in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Marketing, and/or related fields. * General knowledge of environmental analysis and services. * One year of experience in the field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Courses in Marketing and customer service (optional). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) Policy and other management system guidelines. * Participate in activities related to the development of commercial strategies and customer loyalty initiatives. * Identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement within the management system or internal procedures and report them to the immediate supervisor. * Prepare and send proformas, service orders, invoices, etc. * Keep all commercial department staff informed via email regarding service scheduling, as well as heads of relevant departments. * Receive customer complaints and claims and coordinate with the Quality Manager for their resolution. * Customer service: provide information on offered services; coordinate planning, execution, and necessary resources for efficient delivery of services approved by customers. * Address technical inquiries from customers according to competence, coordinating with the laboratory, operations, or other relevant departments as needed. * Identify and report new market-required services for evaluation and potential implementation at the Laboratory.
